What is the returns process?Updated 9 months ago

  • First up lodge your return here
  • Package up the gear you're sending back  
    • If you have the bag it was sent in, it is resealable. If not, no worries - you can use any bag, including a grocery bag. Just make sure the ends are all securely taped up 🙏 
  • Print off your returns label 🖨️  
    • You should be able to download this once you get to the confirmation page once your return is completed, if not it should get emailed to you as well. (If you still can't find it or need a hand just get in touch with us!)
    • If you don't have a printer Aus Post can scan the label from your phone and print it off at the post office 🙌 
  • Drop your return off at the post office or in a post box 📬 
    • If you would prefer to drop it into one of our retail stores the team can also help you out
  • Once your gear has been scanned and the tracking has updated to say it's on its way back to us, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed 🔥 
    • If you selected an Instant Return, your refund or your new exchange order will be created straight away. You then have 14 days to pop your return in the post. Once the tracking has updated we will release the hold on your card, but if it has been more than 14 days we will charge the card you entered when you lodged the return.
  • Your return is complete and our Distribution Center ninjas will take it from here 🥷
