Eep! Let's run through some ways to troubleshoot below 👇 

Ways to fix (iOS + Android) 

1. Force quit and reopen 
2. Delete and re-download

Community still experiencing problems (Android) 

1. Go to Device Settings --> Apps --> Find the LSKD App --> Select Clear Storage 
2. Delete and Reinstall the App
