For health & hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, socks, jocks, towels and drink bottles are not able to be returned.

All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached (hats will need to be returned inside a box to avoid damage, running vests must be returned with all water bottles unused and unopened, with protective film intact).
