DO I GET A PREPAID RETURN LABEL SENT TO ME WITH MY RETURN?Updated a month ago

Yep! Any of our community members living in our free returns zone (AUS, NZ, USA, UK, CA and SG) will receive a prepaid return label, generated directly through our returns portal. 

If you're outside of these countries, we'll still generate the return labels for you. A Return Shipping Fee, shown on the confirmation page, will cover the cost of this label and will be deducted from your refund or credit.
