CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PACKAGE?Updated 11 days ago

Each return must be sent back in a separate bag, using the individual return label we’ve provided.

The reason for this is because our system automatically recognises return labels and processes the return/exchange for that order. Popping multiple returns from different orders into the same bag, means our system won't recognise all of the orders! 

If multiple of your orders were delivered to you in one package, you're welcome to use any bag to return the seperate orders - even a grocery bag! Just make sure all ends are securely taped up!
