HOW DO I GET EARLY ACCESS?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EARLY ACCESS PIN?
Your Early Access PIN will be sent on Tuesday 15 September. Keep an eye on the email or mobile number you used when registering.
WHAT TIME IS EARLY ACCESS IN MY LOCATION?
Lemon x Open Air Early Access opens Tuesday 15 September 4pm AEST. Below you can find all the local times:. 🇦🇺 Australia. Adelaide — 3:30PM ACST. Brisbane — 4:00PM AEST. Canberra — 4:00PM AEST. Darwin — 3:30PM ACST. Hobart — 4:00PM AEST. Melbourne
HOW DO I SHOP EARLY ACCESS?
When Early Access opens, head to the Lemon x Open Air collection page and enter the PIN you received via email or SMS to unlock and shop the collection.
CAN I SHOP EARLY ACCESS IN THE LSKD APP?
No. Early Access is website only for this drop. Lemon x Open Air will become available on the App when the collection officially launches at 5pm AEST.
WHAT IF I REGISTER AFTER EARLY ACCESS HAS STARTED?
You can still register during the Early Access window. We'll send you an Early Access PIN so you can still shop before the official launch. SIGN UP FOR EARLY ACCESS
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PIN?
If you registered via email, check your spam or junk folder first. If you've only just registered, allow a few minutes for your PIN to arrive. Still can't find it? Reach out to our Community Experience team via live Chat and we'll help you out.
DOES EARLY ACCESS GUARANTEE MY SIZE OR STYLE?
While we can't guarantee stock, Early Access gives you a better chance to secure your favourite styles and sizes.
ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS DURING EARLY ACCESS?
No. The full Lemon x Open Air collection will be available to shop during Early Access.
DOES NORMAL SHIPPING APPLY?
Yes. Our standard shipping options and timeframes apply to all Early Access orders.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EARLY ACCESS ENDS?
After the one-hour Early Access window, Lemon x Open Air officially launches to everyone on the LSKD website and App.
