Will the saved items in my cart clear before the sale?
Eep 🙈 Our tech team has been hustling to get everything ready for our epic community, but it does mean saved items in your cart prior to the sale have to be cleared.
When I add an item to my bag/ cart is it reserved?
Nope! First in best dressed (in LSKD of course)... 🫣 We’re not able to reserve or hold stock so be sure to complete the checkout process to guarantee you get your gear!
Can I still click and collect during Black Friday?
Absolutely you can! Keep in mind we are looking at an 11 - 15 day dispatch delay for all orders. We’d love to guarantee no delays but we receive tens of thousands of orders during Black Friday (the majority on night one).
How long will it take for you to get back to my questions?
Black Friday is a super busy period for us, so if you don't hear from us on the same day, don't panic we'll be hustling around the clock to answer your messages ASAP!
I’m new to LSKD, how do I know what size I am?
We’ve got you! 🙌 Go with your usual size, our fits are generally true to size.You can also check out our Size Guides on the app or online.Still not sure? Grab two sizes and return one within 30 days for a full refund. Easy! 💸
Can I get the price difference refunded if an item is now cheaper than when I bought it?
