WHY DOES MY EXCHANGE ITEM SAY IT'S OUT OF STOCK BUT IT'S AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE?Updated 8 days ago

We'd be so disappointed if you missed out on your chosen item, so we've built a 2-unit buffer into our returns portal. If there are 2 or fewer units left of the item you're after, it will be marked as out of stock. This is to reduce the risk of your item selling out before your exchange order is created (after posting your return items back to us). 

If you opt for a store credit instead, you're welcome to shop for the item directly through our website once you've dropped your return item/s to the post office and you've been emailed your store credit. 

In the rare case an item is miscounted and turns out to be sold out, we'll reach out to you via email 🥺
