Once your tracking has updated to say that your return is on its way back to us, your store credit will be emailed to you. As soon as it lands in your inbox the store credit is ready to be used straight away! (Don’t forget to check spam if you can’t find it!)

**If you are located outside of Aus, NZ or the US you will need to email the tracking number to our team by replying to your return confirmation email (or email [email protected]).
