If any product you have received from us that is damaged or faulty, please reach out to our Community Experience Team with your order number, a photo of the fault and the PO number (this is located either on the care label, inside the left pocket of leggings/shorts or inside the left cup of sports bras- where the removable padding sits)
We would love to get a solution for you ASAP!
