Trust Us Packs 

You get what you get and you don’t get upset - it all starts with Trust. If you don’t want an epic surprise, don’t purchase one of our Trust Us Packs. Don’t stress, you'll love our Trust Us Packs - they are full of great gear, exclusive items, and some last-chance lines*. You will have the ability to select both your top & bottom size for all adult packs. Kids' Trust Us Packs you can only select one size. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Trust us Packs are not eligible for refunds, but we know sometimes it's hard to get your purchase right online. That being said, there are a few things we have done to help out.

Following our regular returns process (click here) you can do an exchange for individual items, keeping in mind this will come down to availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock you can also opt for a store credit. 

Store Credits 

The store credit amount will be calculated in proportion to the value of each item in the Trust Us Pack. 

Faulty or Missing Items 

If you think an item in your Trust Us Pack is faulty let us know! We stand by our product so if we find it does have a fault you may be eligible for a refund of the discounted value of the individual item. If you think you’re missing an item, let us know and we will work through this with you. 

Golden Tickets

Purchase any of our Trust Us Packs from 20/02/2024 6PM AEST until sold out for your chance to win 1 in 40 Golden Tickets. If you receive a Golden Ticket in your Trust Us Pack this will indicate you have won 1 of 40 prizes up for grabs. Prizes include but are not limited to Apple Air Pod Max, Garmin Forerunner 245, UE Boom 3 Speaker, LSKD vouchers + much more. Note winners are chosen at random and then recorded by our team to track. Please note LSKD has the right to change, update, or remove any of the above at any time.

All Trust Us Packs are sold at an already discounted price. Trust Us Packs are not eligible to be combined with any discounts, LSKD Rewards Points, Gift with Purchase, or any other promotion.
