Trust Us Packs 

You get what you get and you don’t get upset, it all starts with Trust. If you don’t want an epic surprise, don’t buy one of our Trust Us Packs. Don’t stress, you'll love our Trust Us Packs, they are full of great gear, exclusive items, and some last-chance lines. You will have the ability to select both your top & bottom size for all packs.  

Returns & Exchanges 

Trust Us Packs are not eligible for refunds, but we know sometimes things don't quite work out. That being said, there are a few things we have done to help out.

Following our regular returns process, you can do an exchange for individual items, keeping in mind this will come down to availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock you can also opt for a store credit. 

Trust Us Pack returns will not be eligible to be returned until 19.02.2026, from 5PM AEST. 

Store Credits 

The store credit amount will be calculated in proportion to the value of each item in the Trust Us Pack. 

If returning the entire Trust Us Pack, the store credit amount will be calculated on the price you paid for the pack. A 10% bonus credit will also be applied.   

Faulty or Missing Items 

If you think an item in your Trust Us Pack is faulty let us know! We stand by our product so if we find it does have a fault you may be eligible for a refund of the discounted value of the individual item. If you think you’re missing an item, let us know and we will work through this with you.
