Once your tracking has updated to say that your return is on its way back to us, your store credit will be emailed to you (Don’t forget to check spam if you can’t find it)!

Our store credits are valid for 3 years! So you have stacks of time to find the perfect items to spend it on. Plus you don't have to spend it all at once!

To use your store credit enter your store credit code into the ‘gift cards/discount’ box on the final page of checkout and click apply. 

**If you are located outside of AU, NZ, US, UK, CA or SG, you will need to email us the tracking number of your return by replying to your return confirmation email (or email [email protected]).
