We’ve made it easy & free (AU, NZ & US) to exchange for something better if your OG item is not quite....you! 

1. Lodge your return online by clicking Start A Return below
2. Then select the item you want to exchange
3. Select exchange for something new and choose the 'shop now' option -  this will take you to our website where you can choose your new items.
4. Review your return and submit
5. Ship it back using the free label we provide

**Normal returns policy applies - items must be returned in original condition. Returns for a refund are only valid for 30 days from the delivery date, store credit and exchange are valid for 60 days from the delivery date.
